Bankrupt Textile Firm Blames Owner Centre Lane Partners for Woes

Simply Interior Homes has filed for bankruptcy after being taken over by lenders, blaming its owner, Centre Lane Partners, for the textile firm’s financial woes.

The Rock Hill, South Carolina, company plans to investigate Centre Lane’s actions involving the formation of Simply Interior in early 2025, Chief Restructuring Officer Adam Zalev said in a court filing Monday. As part of its Chapter 11 case, Simply Interior will try to find a buyer and use whatever cash it receives from a sale to help pay creditors owed about $100 million, Zalev said.
