Bankrupt US Magnesium Sued Over $3.7 Million Construction Lien

Forgen LLC sued US Magnesium in bankruptcy court to recover at least $3.7 million in payments from a construction lien the company says it held over a Utah property.

The construction firm filed the suit Thursday against US Magnesium, Toole County, and the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands, seeking validation of the lien. Forgen alleged that US Magnesium and the division also ignored the company’s attempts to discuss the lien.
