King & Spalding Grows NY Business Litigation With DOJ Hire

Ryan Tansey joined King & Spalding as a partner in its business litigation practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Tansey brings significant experience leading criminal antitrust investigations and trials across a wide range of industries, including transportation, pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology, construction, real estate, energy, and defense. At King & Spalding, Tansey will represent clients in criminal and civil antitrust matters, follow-on class action litigation, and broader commercial disputes.

He joins from the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, where he was chief of the Washington Criminal Section.
