The lawsuit accuses Dutchie of deploying trumped-up legal claims to justify holding back payments from former investors in LeafLogix. It also claims Dutchie—identified by its corporate name, Courier Plus Inc.—is using share valuation tricks to drive down the price of the cash-and-stock transaction.
