Cushman & Wakefield Maintenance Worker OT Suit Moved to Missouri

A lawsuit alleging Cushman & Wakefield US Inc. failed to pay overtime to maintenance workers who were forced to work through meal breaks may proceed in a Missouri federal court, a magistrate judge in Ohio said Friday.

Judge Chelsey M. Vascura of the Southern District of Ohio granted the joint motion to transfer the case to the Eastern District of Missouri, which was C&W’s preferred venue and jurisdiction.
