Manhattan Judge Pauses 401(k) Fee Suit While SCOTUS Deliberates

Aegis Media Americas Inc. is the first employer to convince a federal judge to pause litigation over its 401(k) plan while the U.S. Supreme Court weighs similar allegations against Northwestern University, according to an order docketed Wednesday in Manhattan.
