Let’s Go Brandon Crypto Coin Suit Dismissed as Shotgun Pleading

A Florida federal judge dismissed a proposed class action lawsuit on Monday over Lets Go Brandon Coins, a meme cryptocurrency referencing the slogan used to criticize President Joe Biden, as a shotgun pleading.

The plaintiffs are individuals who invested in LGBCoins and are alleging securities fraud and other claims against a wide variety of defendants, including NASCAR and professional race car diver Brandon Brown, who allegedly engaged in a pump-and-dump scheme.
