Norton Healthcare Inc. and a former information systems administrator who said she was put on a performance improvement plan and later fired for complaining about sex and age discrimination have resolved her lawsuit, Kentucky federal court records show.
The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky signed Kimberly Beeler’s and Norton’s proposed order of dismissal Wednesday.
The case is dismissed with prejudice and removed from the court’s active docket, the order said.
Beeler’s retaliation claims had been headed for a trial after Judge David J. Hale partially denied Norton’s motion for summary judgment in March 2020. A jury ...
