Barbados, Seychelles Tax Transparency Measures Found Lacking

An OECD peer review group downgraded the compliance ratings for Barbados and The Seychelles after finding them deficient in implementing global tax transparency rules.

The Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes on Monday published eight peer reports that evaluate how countries are applying rules that help identify the beneficial owner or individual responsible for taxable income of all legal entities.
