G-20 Leadership Sought for Global Digital Tax Cooperation

The OECD called for “political leadership” from the heads of the world’s largest economies to find a global digital tax solution.

With a mandate from the Group of 20, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development is working for global consensus on a rewrite of tax rules that would shift more revenue to the countries where companies’ consumers are located, and set a global minimum tax rate.
