Hungary’s deputy finance minister on Tuesday reiterated his country’s opposition to any global minimum corporate income tax rate.
In comments on the Finance Ministry website, Andras Tallai said Hungary won’t support the introduction of “any global tax.”
“We simply cannot support a tax increase, even if the idea has strong supporters,” he said in the comments, which first appeared in the daily Magyar Nemzet.
