Malaysia to Introduce Taxes for Luxury Goods Starting This Year

Malaysia will introduce a Luxury Goods Tax starting this year for items of a certain value limit, Finance Minister Anwar Ibrahim said in a budget speech to parliament on Friday.

• Among the items that will be taxed are luxury watches and fashion items
