Mexico Files Tax Complaint Vs Interjet Founders: Aristegui

Mexico‘s finance ministry has filed a complaint against two Interjet founders and the airline’s controlling unit for skipping some tax payments, news website Aristegui Noticias reported on Friday.

  • According to the complaint, Miguel Aleman Velasco, his son Miguel Aleman Magnani, and ABC Aerolineas did not pay 66.3 million pesos to the tax authority from income taxes (ISR) that the company collected on behalf of workers
  • The complaint was filed before Mexico’s Attorney General office
