The Norwegian Ministry of Finance June 3 opened a consultation on proposed amendments to the list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes, to align with the EU list. The proposal includes measures to: 1) revise the list of non-cooperative jurisdictions to include the Turks and Caicos Islands and Vietnam, and remove Fiji, Samoa, and Trinidad and Tobago; and 2) remove Antigua and Barbuda, Seychelles, and Vietnam from the list of non-cooperative jurisdictions that have committed to reforms. Comments are due June 17. [Norway, Government Portal, 06/03/26]
