OECD Aims to Give Multinationals Covid Tax Guidance by Year-End

The OECD will likely release guidance this year on how to interpret transfer pricing rules during the pandemic, the organization’s tax chief said.

The group is “confident” it will be able to meet an end-of-year deadline, Pascal Saint-Amans, director of the OECD’s Center for Tax Policy and Administration, said at an International Fiscal Association virtual event Tuesday.
