Countries participating in an OECD-led effort to overhaul how the digital economy is taxed still haven’t decided when and how some types of multinationals will see their profits taxed differently.
The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development is asking governments involved in the negotiations for feedback on further details of profit reallocation rules it outlined in an Aug. 3 draft report circulating and seen by Bloomberg Tax. The OECD declined to comment or confirm the draft.
