Philippines Tax Agency Extends Filing, Payment Deadline Due to Coronavirus

The Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue Aug. 3 issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 91-2021, announcing a deadline extension to Sept. 5 for items due within the period from Aug. 6 to Aug. 20, due to the coronavirus pandemic. The deadline is extended for: 1) filing annual income tax returns; 2) paying taxes; and 3) submitting reports and attachments. [Philippines, Bureau of Internal Revenue, 08/03/21]
