U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson plans a tax rise on shareholder profits alongside an increase in National Insurance, the Sun reports citing people familiar.

  • The publication also says that people who “play the stocks and shares” will still be allowed a personal allowance before the new tax kicks in
