The Arizona Department of Revenue (DOR) Sept. 9 announced open registration for remote sellers and marketplace facilitators under new tax laws. Out-of-sellers and market facilitators are required to pay the transaction privilege tax if their annual gross proceeds of sales into Arizona amounted to over $100,000 in the current or previous calendar year.
