Austria Gazettes Notice on Updated Scope of MLI

The Austrian Official Gazette June 5 published Notice No. 70, updating the list of jurisdictions that have ratified the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). The updated list includes the entry into force dates of: 1) Jan. 1, for Argentina; and 2) Sept. 1, for Montenegro. The notice also provides a status update on Ukraine’s notifications, and Georgia’s reservations and notifications. [Austria, Government Legal Database, 06/05/26]
