Employers are beginning to implement their return-to-office plans as jurisdictions around the country are lifting Covid-19 restrictions, and more than 50% of adults have been fully vaccinated.

The pandemic forced an abrupt transition to “work from home” across the country, though there were significant disparities in the ability to telework among various demographics and industries.
