Biden Discussed Gas Tax in Infrastructure Meeting, Lawmaker Says

President Biden discussed the potential for a 5-cent gas tax in an Oval Office meeting with lawmakers Monday about his infrastructure plan, New Jersey Democratic Rep. Donald Payne Jr. tells reporters.
