Business Tax Briefs: Compliance Campaigns Creating Few Ripples

Taxpayers haven’t been feeling much heat from the IRS’s series of compliance campaigns; a left-wing European Union group says Apple Inc. skipped out on paying the bloc $24 billion in taxes; and a survey of manufacturers attributed near-unanimous satisfaction among respondents to the 2017 tax overhaul.
