California Recall Candidate Challenges Tax Return Disclosure

A new California law requiring gubernatorial candidates to disclose five years of tax returns doesn’t apply to candidates in the Sept. 14 recall election, a radio talk show host who is running for the office and one of his supporters are arguing in separate lawsuits.
