Case: Real Estate Appraisers Suit Claiming IRS Arbitrarily Issued Penalties Stifling Syndicated Conservation Easement Appraisals Dismissed for Lack of Proper Service (N.D. Ga.) (IRC §170)

Suit brought by a group of qualified appraisers to prevent an IRS syndicated conservation easement task force from instituting penalties that in effect would chill their business dismissed for lack of proper service, a district court held.
