The OECD will continue to facilitate peer reviews of tax rulings after 139 jurisdictions approved updates to the process, it said Monday.
Countries have agreed to the process and methodology they will use for peer reviews from 2021 to 2025, including updates to the methodology and terms of reference. Reviews of 2020 will come later this year, the organization said.
