The IRS division that works with large companies and partnerships is considering making some pandemic-induced changes permanent to make it easier for the agency and taxpayers to interact.
Changes that could be employed long-term include the use of more web-based technologies and greater flexibility for accepting digital signatures, said Nikole Flax, deputy commissioner of the IRS’s Large Business & International Division. She spoke Tuesday on a webinar hosted by Miller & Chevalier Chartered.
