OECD’s Gurria Says ‘Very Encouraged’ by Yellen on Digital Taxes

OECD Secretary General Angel Gurria says he’s “very encouraged” by comments by Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen that the U.S. is “committed to the cooperative multinational effort” in regard to digital taxation.

  • Gurria said an agreement on international tax reform would be “a resounding win for multilateralism”
    • “I’m confident that once all the pieces in place, the spring to the mid-2021 finish line will result in an historic agreement”
