The Senate Finance Committee unanimously voted to advance the nomination of Courtney Dunbar Jones to serve on the U.S. Tax Court in an executive session March 26.
The panel unanimously approved Dunbar Jones in December, but the full Senate didn’t confirm her before Congress adjourned.
