Tax Clinics Adjusting to Virus’s Restrictions as Pandemic Drags On

Law school clinics that provide services to low-income taxpayers have had to adjust to an array of new challenges, nearly a year into the Covid-19 pandemic.

From limits on meeting in person or holding community events, to difficulties transferring documents and communicating with a shuttered IRS, the pandemic has created a variety of obstacles to serving taxpayers across the country who might not otherwise get help.
