Thai Cabinet Approves Tax Incentives for Self-Test Kits

The Thai Cabinet has approved tax cuts for companies’ purchases of antigen test kits for their employees to support virus containment measures.

  • Expenses for self-test kits can be deducted at 150% of its value from the corporate income tax calculation, according to a government statement on Tuesday
  • The move will be effective from the date of its publication on the Royal Gazette until the end of March next year
