The Senate passed a $2 trillion bipartisan rescue package bill with spending and tax breaks to boost the U.S. economy and fight the coronavirus outbreak, holding a vote less than 30 minutes after releasing the bill text.
An earlier version circulated by McConnell’s office was labeled final, but another Senate aide said it wasn’t quite the finished one.
