Pandemic relief will top the agenda for Ways and Means Chairman Richard Neal (D-Mass.), who is likely to keep that role in the the 117th Congress.

Neal and other House Democrats will also turn their attention to how they can tweak or change the 2017 Republican tax law , such as removing its $10,000 cap on state and local tax deductions.
