Andrew Yocopis joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in its real estate practice in Phoenix, the firm announced Tuesday.
Yocopis represents commercial real estate developers, institutional lenders, private equity groups, pension funds, and real estate investment trusts in acquisitions, financings, leasing, and dispositions across the Southwest. He advises developers from site acquisition through entitlements, construction financing, and lease-up, and represents nationally chartered banks, life insurance companies, and pension fund lending groups in secured lending transactions and related workouts, the firm said.
He joins from Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP.
