Grocery Worker Fails to Show Union Conduct Swayed Contract Vote

A grocery worker failed in his challenge to a labor contract based on an allegation that the union deliberately concealed the elimination of a retirement benefit to ensure ratification, a federal appeals court ruled, because the information wouldn’t have changed the outcome.
