Percipient.AI Appeals After Losing Intelligence Contract Protest

Artificial intelligence developer Percipient.AI Inc. is challenging the dismissal of its contract protest against the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency concerning the government’s allegedly improper delegation of procurement authority to another contractor.

The US Court of Federal Claims previously granted the NGA’s motion to dismiss May 18 on the grounds that its protest was barred by the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act. Percipient notified the court of its action Wednesday.
