The investigating judge overseeing a criminal probe into Nyrstar NV has formally placed the company under suspicion of using false annual accounts.
- The judge in the Antwerp investigation also suspects Nyrstar committed alleged forgery and misused corporate assets, the company said in a statement
- Nyrstar has “not yet been granted access to the criminal file and is therefore not in a position to comment further on the allegations or the underlying facts,” it said
