Grant Thornton Re-Enters FTSE 100 Auditor Ranks After 2 Years

A firm from outside the Big Four accounting ranks now audits one of the biggest 100 companies on the London stock exchange for the first time in two years, Adviser Rankings Ltd said Monday.

Andrew Parson, Adviser Rankings’ managing director, said in a call that Darktrace Plc entered the FTSE 100 last month. Darktrace is audited by Grant Thornton LLP, breaking the FTSE 100 monopoly of the Big Four accounting firms—Deloitte LLP, Ernst and Young LLP, KPMG LLP, and PwC, also known as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
