Latham Furthers Raid on Wachtell With Fifth Partner Hire

Latham & Watkins added a fifth partner from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, continuing an exodus of early-tenured partners.

Erica Aho was a partner at Wachtell for less than seven years, before which she was an associate. Aho joined Latham as a partner in its executive compensation, employment and benefits practice group, according to an announcement Monday by Latham.
