Dearborn Obstetrics and Gynecology, P.C. has reached an agreement with the HHS Office for Civil Rights and the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan after allegedly refusing to provide a patient with a sign language interpreter and terminating her as a patient, the department said Thursday.
