North East South West Healthcare Solutions LLC should be reconsidered for a contract under a nearly $3 billion medical staffing support procurement by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the US Court of Federal Claims said in an opinion released Wednesday.
The agency is enjoined from awarding contracts until it reconsiders whether NESW should be included in the competitive range, Judge Eric G. Bruggink said.
NESW protested after the agency excluded its bid because the company wasn’t registered in the System for Award Management when it submitted its proposal under the first phase of the two-phase competition.
