Job search website operator DHI Group Inc. has entered into a conciliation agreement with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to resolve national origin discrimination charges, the agency said Monday.
DHI, which operates a job-search website for technology professionals, allegedly violated Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act when some of its customers posted positions on Dice.com that excluded people of American national origin in favor of specialty occupation work visa holders, according to the EEOC.
