US Environmental Protection Agency officials have lost sight of their environmental mission and “instead decided to moonlight as social justice warriors fixated on race,” Louisiana alleged in a federal lawsuit.
The agency is imposing its “amorphous vision of ‘justice’ upon the American public,” according to the complaint, which appears to be the first of its kind.
The suit challenges what Louisiana claims are “fundamental transgressions” of the US Constitution, Clean Air Act, and Civil Rights Act.
