Canadian Solar, Hanwha Patent Case at ITC to Be Probed

The International Trade Commission said it will investigate a patent-infringement complaint that seeks to block imports of solar panels by Canadian Solar, Hanwha Q Cells and Boviet Solar made in Asia.
