A federal district court in Utah denied an artist’s motion for reconsideration or relief from judgment in its grant of terminating sanctions in her action against SGT Inc. for exceeding the scope of a license to use her artwork, after it found that she altered and destroyed material evidence. And the court awarded SGT $205,210 in attorneys’ fees and expenses.
