A patent owner sued Chinese electronics manufacturer
TCL infringed US Patent Nos. 8,855,720, 9,613,060, and 8,537,977, which protect methods for providing screens in an idle state, location-based services, and processing systems, Hermes IP Management LLC said in a complaint filed the lawsuit Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
