Wales Resolves Copyright Suit Over Dylan Thomas Photo on Website

A copyright infringement lawsuit challenging the Welsh government’s use of photographs of poet Dylan Thomas in a tourism campaign has been resolved out of court, the parties told a federal judge in Manhattan.

The joint stipulation, docketed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, ends litigation by Pablo Star Ltd., which owns the copyrights to two photographs of the late poet and his late wife, Caitlin Macnamara.
