Bernalillo County, New Mexico, released its 2026 minimum wage poster on the county website.
The poster states that the $12 state minimum wage rate is in effect for the calendar year because it supersedes the county’s local $10.95 rate. The state’s $3 tipped minimum wage also applies in Bernalillo County.
Bernalillo County adjusts its local rate annually under its municipal code, but the state minimum wage has superseded it in recent years.
Employers must display the poster in places where employees can easily read it. The poster is available in English and Spanish.
