Unemployment tax rates for experienced employers are to range from 0.3 percent to 9.2 percent in 2019, compared with 0.3 percent to 9 percent for 2018.
The standard tax rate for new employers is to be 2.7 percent for 2019, unchanged from 2018. New employers in the construction industry are to be assessed a rate of 5.9 percent, down from 6 percent for 2018.
