Pennsylvania Agency to Review State White-Collar Overtime Rule

Pennsylvania’s white-collar overtime weekly salary threshold would rise to $875 from the $455 federal threshold under a final regulation that is to be reviewed for approval by a state commission Nov. 21.

Details about the public meeting appeared Nov. 2 in the Pennsylvania Bulletin (49 Pa. Bulletin 6650).
